ESCALERAS FLOTANTES EN UN APARTAMENTO : HAPTIC STUDIO/ FLOATING STAIRCASE IN AN APARTMENT: HAPTIC STUDIO

 Studio Haptic  creó el apartamento Idunsgate de dos niveles en los niveles superiores de un edificio de apartamentos del siglo XIX. La nueva escalera conecta los espacios de vida en el piso inferior con un altillo encima, sino que también crea una  sutil división entre la cocina y el salón.

Las escaleras  se detienen antes de llegar al suelo en un mueble de madera que funciona como un mueble con cajones y un asiento de la ventana.

Haptic Studio created the two-level apartment Idunsgate in the upper levels of an apartment building of the nineteenth century. The new staircase connects the living spaces on the ground floor with a mezzanine above, but also creates a subtle division between the kitchen and living room. 

The stairs are stopped before reaching the ground in a wooden cabinet that functions as a chest of drawers and a window seat.

UNA VIVIENDA EN BLANCO Y DETALLES DE COLOR/ A HOME IN WHITE AND DETAILS OF COLOR

Una vivienda llena de color y luz en Nueva York con un cierto aire de rusticidad gracias a los materiales utilizados, como la madera  en suelo conservando sus vetas y las vigas vistas en el tejado. El blanco utilizado como base y algunos detalles como la utilización de flores frescas o fotografías portan el color necesario.

OFICINA PARA CREATIVOS / OFFICES FOR CREATIVES: (EVERNOTE)

No es un interiorismo el de oficinas   que me haya apasionado, pero a raíz de un proyecto que me tiene ilusionada, me estoy emocionando con la  gran variedad y posibilidades que puede ofrecer un espacio diáfano y poder transformarlo en un lugar de trabaja o agradable y funcional.

Realizadas por el estudio  Studio O+A, las oficinas de Evernote, ( del que realmente soy adicta ) han creado espacios para desarrollar  la creatividad o  espacios para fomentar el relax

RENOVACIÓN MINIMALISTA EN UN EDIFICIO HISTÓRICO/ MINIMALIST RENOVATION IN A HISTORIC BUILDING

Una vivienda diseñada por  Studio Junction cuya finalidad era la conservación de un edificio

 histórico tradicional.

Emplearon estrategias para aumentar la privacidad y la iluminación natural a través de la utilización de patios de luces. 

Los diseñadores fueron meticulosos en equilibrio hasta los más mínimos detalles entre su compromiso de preservar una fachada histórica menor, y su tarea conseguir un  ambiente contemporáneo para el espacio.

La tarima de madera utilizada para el pavimento queda perfectamente combinada con el resto del mobiliario, también en  madera.

Un ambiente natural, elegante y relajado.

A house designed by Studio Junction whose purpose was the preservation of a historical building.  

Strategies used to increase privacy and natural lighting through the use of courtyards. 

The designers were meticulous in equilibrium to the smallest details from its commitment to preserve a lower historical façade, and its task to get a contemporary feel to the space. 

The wooden platform used for the pavement is perfectly combined with the rest of the furniture, also in wood.

ECLECTIC AND ORIGINALITY IN A LIVING ROOM

Las sillas Cesca son uno de mis debilidades en cuanto a mobiliario se refiere. Eso añadido a la originalidad en la que han dispuesto de una zona de estar gracias a unos archivadores  con un colchón y cojines encima hace de una zona de salón sencilla, acogedora. Al igual que la zona de noche con un espacio para el estudio o trabajo realizada con una simple balda y unos archivadores en su parte inferior .

Una apuesta de decoración que demuestra una vez más que no se necesita en un espacio  únicamente mobiliario de diseño para obtener un magnífico resultado.

The Cesca chairs are one of my weaknesses in furniture is concerned. This chair added to the originality in that they have arranged a seating area thanks to a filing with a mattress and cushions make a single area, a cozy living room. Like sleeping area with space for study or work on a simple shelf and filing cabinets at the bottom. 

A bet of decoration that proves once again that we don't need  only design furniture for a great result.

BOHEMIAM COLORS

Si bien  son unas imágenes para un post, intento siempre identificarme con ellas. Aunque no sé si podría resistir más de dos minutos en ese salón si rápidamente retirar los plaids del sofá y telas varias, reconozco que la combinación de colores me ha cautivado, al igual que los tonos verdes del bodegón y la cocina. Y es que a veces no hace falta pensar más que una bonita combinación de colores te haga sentir a gusto.

There are some pictures for a post, I always try to identify with them. Although I don't know if I could withstand more than two minutes in that room and quickly remove and plaids from the sofa , I recognize that the color scheme has captivated me, like the green tones of the still life and the kitchen. And sometimes we don't  need to think more than a pretty color combination makes you feel at ease.

CONSEGUIR UN PATIO: ARCHITECTURE ARCHITECTURE/ GETTING A COURTYARD: ARCHITECTURE ARCHITECTURE

El estudio  Architecture Architecture realizó esta reforma de ampliación de vivienda poco usual, ya que consiguieron un patio derribando un aseo y ampliaron la zona de comedor, el cual lo rodea.

Se dispusieron  unos bancos los cuales, al abrir los ventanales   del salón, existe la posibilidad de sentarse hacia el patio o hacia la zona de estar.

Una chimenea en la zona de jardin es la guinda para disfrutar ( y cocinar) del patio en todas las estaciones del año.

The studio Architecture Architecture  reform unusual extension housing, and they got a courtyyard demolishing a toilet and expanded the dining area, which surrounds it. 

Benches which were placed at the open windows of the room, you have the ability to sit into the courtyard or to the seating area. 

A fireplace in the garden is perfect to enjoy (and cook) the patio in all seasons.

REFORMA EN BARCELONA: LABORATORY FOR ARCHITECTURE/ REFORM IN BARCELONA: LABORATORY FOR ARCHITECTURE

El estudio Laboratory for Architecture realizó esta reforma en Barcelona separando las zonas de día y las de noche a través de una habitación situada en el centro de la vivienda.

Al realizar el proyecto de reforma se encontraron con algo que ya presuponían por la edad del edificio: una construcción típica de la zona que es la volta catalana en el techo y que consistía en  construir un techo con tejas de cerámica, donde el arco distribuye las fuerzas que recibe para ambas partes.

Resulta una combinación ideal de materiales del techo con las techos de cerámica, combinadas con la tarima de madera en la cocina junto con el mobiliario realizado en tonos neutros. Podéis ver el resto de la vivienda pinchando aquí.

 The study Laboratory for Architecture carried in Barcelona carried this reform zones separating day and night through a room in the center of the house.
