SEGUNDA VIDA: REFORMA DE UNA VIVIENDA DE MONTAÑA/ SECOND LIFE: REFORM OF HOUSING MOUNTAIN

 El estudio de arquitectura Milán Vudafieri-Saverino realizó la restauración de una villa de piedra del S.XVI de estado semiruinoso que se encuentra en un pequeño pueblo medieval del norte de Italia. 

Después de una reparación estructural importante con hormigón armado edificio el propietario compró el edifico anexo y lo conecta a través de una pasarela de madera y vidrio. 

Un exterior de aspecto rústico y un interior de maderas contrachapadas y aires minimalistas que se combina con maderas recuperadas.

The architectural Milan Vudafieri-Severino made the restoration of a sixteenth century stone villa of semi collapsed been found in a small medieval town in northern Italy.

After major structural repair of reinforced concrete building owner bought the annex building and connects through a gateway of wood and glass.

A rustic exterior and interior of plywood and minimalist air combined with reclaimed woods.

SINGULARES INVENTORY ROOM

Después de un fin de semana intenso y de apenas poder pararte a pensar qué es lo que estás sintiendo al ver que algo que has pensado durante meses y  entran sólo  dos días nacerá y desaparecerá.

Muchas emociones y nervios para ahora descubrir sentimientos de ilusión por haber llevado a cabo uno de los proyectos que más nos gustan en Singulares, la organización de eventos. Eventos en los que los visitante pudieron redescubrir marcas que siguen a través de las redes sociales y conocer nuevas marcas. Además contamos nuevamente con  el restaurante efímero  en el que detenerse a degustar los sabores que nos ofreció Caravan Made nos servia a su vez para hacer una pausa y pasar un agradable rato.

Felices por haber conseguido nuevamente lo que en el fondo siempre buscamos en cada uno de los eventos que hemos organizado, crear una atmósfera mágica gracias a la ayuda y el buen trabajo y disposición de cada uno de nuestros participantes y colaboradores.

Y pensando ya en el siguiente Singulares Inventory Room…

After an intense weekend and not able to stop and think what you're feeling to see something you've thought about for months and come just two days be born and disappear.

Many emotions and nerves for now discover feelings of enthusiasm for having carried out one of the projects that we like Singulares, organizing events. Events in which the visitor could rediscover who follow brands through social networks and new brands. We also have again with the ephemeral restaurant where stopping to taste the flavors offered Caravan Made served us turn to pause and have a good time.

Happy to have got back what we always look at the bottom in each of the events we have organized, creating a magical atmosphere thanks to the  good work and willingness of each of our participants and partners.

And already thinking about the next Singulares Inventory Room ...

DISEÑO Y SOSTENIBILIDAD : ESTUDIO MUJI/ DESIGN AND SUSTAINABILITY: MUJI STUDIO

El estudio MUJI, realizó un trío de pequeñas casas prefabricadas, diseñadas por Naoto Fukasawa, Jasper Morrison, y Konstantin Grcic, en la Tokio Design Week 2015. Los materiales utilizados fueron el corcho, el aluminio y madera. Los diseños MUJI HUT ofrecen una solución más sostenible para vivir e interiores cálidos al ser realizados con materiales naturales.

The MUJI study, performed a trio of small prefabricated houses, designed by Naoto Fukasawa, Jasper Morrison and Konstantin Grcic, in the Tokyo Design Week 2015. The materials used were cork, aluminum and wood. MUJI HUT  designs offer a more sustainable place to live and warm interiors  made with natural materials.

LLEGA LA NUEVA EDICIÓN DE SINGULARES INVENTORY ROOM/ GET NEW EDITION SINGULARES INVENTORY ROOM

Llega la tercera edición de la venta efímera de #singularesinventoryroom los días 20, 21 y 22  de Noviembre.

El espacio elegido no puede dar más juego,  Casa Amparito, en Mercantic en la localidad de Sant Cugat del Vallès cuenta con más de 700 m2 donde podremos alojar a más de treinta creativos relacionados con la decoración , el lifestyle, textil, cerámica , arte  y gastronomía.

The chosen space can not give more play, Casa Amparito  in Mercantic in the town of Sant Cugat del Valles has over 700 m2 where we can accommodate more than thirty creative regarding decorating, lifestyle, textiles, ceramics, art and gastronomy.

TRANSFORMACIÓN DE UN GARAJE EN UN ESTUDIO: RUE TEMPLE/ TRANSFORMATION OF A GARAGE IN A STUDIO: RUETEMPLE

La transformación de un garaje en Moscú por el estudio Ruetemple en un espacio de estudio para una estudiante de arquitectura. Con la filosofía  de que un interior afecta directamente la propia del estado de ánimo, la creatividad y la motivación; el nuevo espacio de trabajo representa una esencia cálida y confortable.

Un espacio luminoso habitación y la única pieza de mobiliario, construida completamente en madera con un sistema de red de estanterías, mesa de trabajo , un sofá y una cama suspendida.  El techo se abrió para exponer deliberadamente las vigas de madera y  unir el espacio.

The transformation of a garage in Moscow by Architecture studio Ruetemple in an area of study for a student of architecture. With the philosophy that inner self directly affects mood, creativity and motivation; the new workspace is a warm and comfortable essence.

A bright space room and the only piece of furniture, completely made of wood with a network system of shelves, a desk, a couch and a suspended bed. The roof was opened to deliberately expose the wooden beams and bridge the gap.

CASA ESTUDIO DE MADERA: DOM ARQUITECTURA

El proyecto de casa estudio situada en la montaña, en un entorno de bosque natural fue realizado por el estudio de arquitectura DOM ARQUITECTURA.
Aprovechando el entorno donde se realizó la construcción, decidieron enfocar el diseño desde una arquitectura bioclimática con  energías sostenibles para que la construcción fuera un ejemplo de eficiencia y ecología. La casa se construyó con madera, desde la estructura como los revestimientos.
El sistema constructivo prefabricado, reduce totalmente la emisión de CO2 y así el impacto ambiental al máximo en su entorno natural.

The study house located in the mountains, in an environment of natural forest was conducted by the architectural firm DOM ARQUITECTURA.
Taking advantage of the environment where construction was done, they decided to approach the design from a bioclimatic architecture and sustainable energy for that building was an example of efficiency and ecology. The house was built with wooden structure and coatings.
The prefabricated building system, fully reduce CO2 emissions and thus the environmental impact to the maximum in their natural environment.
