UNA CASA PARA DOS GENERACIONES/ A HOUSE FOR TWO GENERATIONS

Una reforma en la que la premisa principal era que fuera diseñada para poder albergar a dos generaciones con una cierta privacidad.
Una vivienda de 1920 con una  estructura de ladrillo doble con muy pocas ventanas, techos bajos, y habitaciones pequeñas.
El objetivo del diseño era mantener la estructura de la parte delantera de la casa, hacer de nuevo el interior y demoler la mitad trasera de la vivienda para dar paso a una nueva adición de dos plantas.

A reform that the main premise was that it was designed to accommodate two generations with some privacy.
A house in 1920 with a double brick structure with few windows, low ceilings and small rooms.
The design goal was to keep the structure of the front of the house, redo the inside and demolish the back half of the house to make way for a new addition of two floors.

ESPACIOS DE DIA ABIERTOS AL AIRE LIBRE/ BRING NATURAL LIGHT INTO THE INTERIOR

Una vivienda construida en Palo Alto, California en 1973. y  una renovación completa de ésta que implicó la eliminación de las paredes interiores y la reconfiguración de la cocina y los espacios de día para abrirlos al aire libre.
Para ayudar a traer la luz natural en el interior, se añadieron tragaluces fueron  se utilizaron  materiales ligeros como encimeras de cuarzo y tonalidades blancas, ayudando así a  reducir el impacto visual.

La prioridad de los propietarios en esta vivienda era la luminosidad. La luz invade el espacio y la decoración da un ambiente acogedor que refleja el amor de sus propietarios por los muebles de época, encontrados en los mercados de pulgas locales.

RENOVACIÓN DE UNA VIVIENDA EN MOSCÚ RESPETANDO SU PASADO/ RENEWAL OF A HOME IN MOSCOW RESPECTING THE PAST

Una reforma de un antiguo apartamento recargado que se llenó de arte y muebles hechos a medida.  Algunas paredes son de color blanco para contrastar las otras paredes rugosas, sin haberse hecho intervención alguna en éstas.
Una vivienda con una serie de texturas prominentes de yeso en bruto, de ladrillo y pavimentos de roble.
Una mezcla de materiales y tonalidades suaves contrastadas con la simplicidad del mobiliario adquirido.

HORMIGÓN, MADERA Y PRÁCTICA VISION DE 360 GRADOS CON LA NATURALEZA/CONCRETE, WOOD AND PRACTICAL VISION OF 360 DEGREES WITH NATURE

Una vivienda ubicada en Tokio y diseñada por Naoi Architecture &Design Office. Afortunadamente para los propietarios, en el sitio adyacente  no puede construirse.
Como resultado de ello, los arquitectos querían crear un edificio de la cabaña como que se correspondiese con el paisaje circundante.

La planta principal consta de la zona de estar, zona de comedor / cocina y aseo. Los espacios se distribuyen en una configuración de dos niveles. El hormigón, marca  un contraste con el suelo de madera.

Las aberturas de la casa están equipadas con ventanas de rejilla, para enfatizar la relación del edificio con la naturaleza circundante.
