REFORMA DE VIVIENDA EN L'EIXAMPLE: NOOK ARCHITECTS/ HOUSING REFORM IN EIXAMPLE: NOOK ARCHITECTS

La reforma de esta vivienda localizada en Barcelona y realizada por Nook Architects invierte la posición de la sala de estar y cocina y una gran abertura vertical se realizó en el muro de carga, mejorando la iluminación y la comunicación. Una nueva disposición permite que la luz penetre a las zonas más oscuras que están más lejos de la fachada. El salón y el dormitorio principal están separados por una gran puerta corredera que está pintada del mismo color que la pared y desaparece cuando está abierto. La parte superior de dicha pared está terminado con un espejo que crea la ilusión de que la partición no llega al techo y que el espacio continúa con sus vigas perpendicular a la fachada.

El proyecto recupera su techo abovedado y vigas de madera. Los materiales y los tonos tienen una apariencia muy natural: la madera para el el suelo en la sala de estar y dormitorios y mosaico hidráulico para cocina y baños. Algunos muros de carga se quedaron con el ladrillo visto y todo el apartamento es tratado con tonos de negro, ocre y grises.

The reform of this house located in Barcelona  by Nook Architects inverts the position of the living room and kitchen and a large vertical opening was held in the bearing wall, improving lighting and communication. A new provision allows light to penetrate the darker areas that are further from the facade. The living room and master bedroom are separated by a large sliding door is painted the same color as the wall and disappears when open. The top of this wall is finished with a mirror that creates the illusion that the partition does not reach the ceiling and the space continues with its beams perpendicular to the facade.

The project recovers its vaulted ceiling and wooden beams. The materials and the shades have a very natural appearance: wood for the floor in the living room and bedrooms and hydraulic mosaic for kitchen and bathrooms. Some load-bearing walls kept the brick and the whole apartment is treated with shades of black, ocher and gray.

HISTORIA DE UN APARTAMENTO: MEZCLA DE ESTILOS/ HISTORY OF AN APARTMENT: MIX STYLES

La vivienda,  construida en 1885 y situada en un barrio se Montreal, fue el lugar perfecto para una gran área de cocina y sala de estar. Los clientes querían un espacio centralizado para comer y entretenimiento. La isla de cocina contiene tres armarios de IKEA, reacondicionados con puertas personalizadas.

The house, built in 1885 and located in a neighborhood Montreal was the perfect place for a large kitchen area and living room. Customers wanted a centralized space for eating and entertainment. The kitchen island contains three IKEA cabinets, refurbished with custom doors.

REFORMA DE UN APARTAMENTO EN EL EIXAMPLE BARCELONÉS/ REMODELLING OF AN EIXAMPLE APARTMENT

El arquitecto catalán Adrian Elizalde ha reformado un apartamento de 1930 en  Eixample Barcelonés. Antes de su rehabilitación, el interior tenía habitaciones divididas en exceso y capas de material y modificaciones acumuladas, una arquitectura original  enmascarada que el equipo hizo recuperar, como las baldosas cerámicas originales, techos abovedados, y carpintería de madera.

The catalan architect Adrian Elizalde has renovated an apartment in Eixample from 1930. Before its renovation, the interior had divided excessively and accumulated layers of material and modifications rooms, original architecture masked the team did recover, as the original ceramic tiles, vaulted ceilings, and woodwork.

TRANSFORMACIÓN DE UNA COCINA Y UN ESTABLO EN UNA APARTAMENTO EN PARÍS/TRANSFORMATION OF A KITCHEN AND A STABLE IN AN APARTMENT IN PARIS /

La arquitecta Anne Rolland realizó la rehabilitación de esta vivienda del S.XVII, que además había estado sin uso alguno durante setenta años, transformándolo en un planta baja con la zona de noche.
Durante las obras de renovación, se eliminaron las paredes de yeso para revelar la mampostería de piedra caliza originales.

Architect Anne Rolland makes this housing rehabilitation seventeenth century, who had also been no use for seventy years, transforming it into a ground floor with the sleeping area.
During the renovation, the plaster walls to reveal the original limestone masonry were removed.

RESPETO POR LA HISTORIA EN LA REFORMA DE UNA VIVIENDA / RESPECT FOR THE HISTORY OF HOUSING REFORM

La reforma cuidadosa de una vivienda de 1880 utilizando materiales sencillos para no restarle el carácter y protagonismo a los elementos originales de ésta.

Se le otorga importancia a la escalera original con la tonalidad amarilla y se mantienen las vigas y materiales como las maderas que se utilizan para realizar la isla de la cocina, que proceden del propio derribo.

The careful renovation of a house in 1880 using simple materials to not detract from the character prominence to the original elements of it.
Importance has been given to the original stairs with yellow hue and materials as beams and wood used to make the kitchen island, coming from the demolition itself is maintained.

RESPETO POR LA ESENCIA: VORA ARQUITECTURA/RESPECT FOR THE ESSENCE: VORA ARCHITECTURE

Un apartamento compartimentado y acúmulo de capas y elementos en sus paredes a lo largo de los años. El equipo de arquitectura vora, realizó una reforma de reciclaje  y transformación de sus espacios conservando al esencia de la vivienda , como su pavimento en mosaico hidráulico.

Se busco el aprovechamiento de  la luz y la inserción de módulos  cerrados para almacenaje.

Una rehabilitación minuciosa respetando la historia de este apartamento.

A compartmentalized flat and accumulation of coats of paint and elements in the walls along the years. The team of vora architecture, made a reform of recycling and transforming their spaces retaining housing essence, as the hydraulic mosaic pavement.

The use of light and the insertion of closed storage modules are looking for.

REFORMA DE VIVIENDA EIXAMPLE : NUG ARQUITECTES/ REFORM OF A HOUSE IN THE EIXAMPLE: NUG ARQUITECTES

Una reforma de una vivienda situada en el Eixample Bacelonés realizada por el estudio Nug Arquitectes.
Un piso que estaba compartimentado en diez habitaciones, muchas de las cuales daban a zonas sin íluminación, típico de  la forma de construcción de la época.
Como parte positiva originaria,  los enormes techos y molduras, así como  el mosaico hidraúlico que presenta el pavimento.

A través de puertas correderas realizadas en madera, se comunican algunas estancias.
A destacar , la utilización de maderas naturales con las que se realizado  el mobiliario de la cocina y la reutilización de materiales originales de la casa.

A reform of a house located in the Eixample Bacelonés by the study Nug Architects.
A floor was partitioned into ten rooms, many of which gave unlit areas, typical form of construction of the time.

MEZCLA DE MATERIALES: HELADERIA SNOW PICNIC/ MIXING MATERIAL : ICE CREAM SHOP SNOW PICNIC

 Torafu Architects son los creadores de esta cafetería heladería situada en Tokyo a tres niveles, cada uno de ellos con una pavimento de diferente material y tonalidad: parquet, mosaico hidráulico y linóleo gira azulado.

Podría  tratarse de una vivienda, dado su aspecto con objetos tales como  plantas o cuadros.

Los mismos materiales se intercambian también en el mobiliario, como las mesas con azulejos o en madera.

Torafu Architects s are the creators of this ice -cream cafe at three levels located in Tokyo, each with a different material and pavement : wood, linoleum  and tile hydraulic blue. 

It could be a home, given their appearance with items such as plants or pictures. 

The same materials were also exchanged on the furniture, such as tables with tiles or wood.

GRIS Y AMARILLO EN 63 M2/ GREY AND YELLOW IN 63 M2

Un apartamento que constaba de tres habitaciones, se transformó por completo por Robert Gervais. Se ubicó el baño en la antigua cocina para obtener luz y se aprovechó el antiguo pasillo para almacenamiento. Ingenio al máximo de este especialista en espacios pequeños.

Un espacio reducido lleno de una paleta bicolor en amarillo y gris,  clara y luminosa. Paredes en tonos gris claro y blanco combinados con maderas claras.
Una cocina  con una cerámica diseño de Patricia Urquiola y un baño  lleno de luz natural. Todo un lujo.

An apartment consisting of three rooms, was completely transformed by Robert Gervais . The bathroom was located in the old kitchen for light and the old hall for storage advantage. Wit of this specialist in small spaces.

NOOK ARCHITECTS : CASA SAL

La vivienda de hoy corresponde a  apartamento ubicado en el barrio del  Poble Sec de Barcelona, donde la reforma se tuvo en cuenta la personalidad de su propietaria.

La cocina, era la parte fundamental de la casa y se distribuyó el esto de las estancias en función de ésta.
Una vivienda alargada de 19 metros en la que se atenuó esta larga distancia dividiendo los espacios a través de diferentes pavimentos.

Una vivienda alegre y colorista donde el mosaico hidráulico toma gran protagonismo.

The property today is for apartment located in the neighborhood of Poble Sec in Barcelona, where the reform took into account the personality of its owner. 

 The kitchen was the main part of the house and was circulated on this stays in this function. 
An elongated housing 19 meters in which the long distance attenuated dividing spaces through different floors. 
A cheerful and colorful mosaic house where the hydraulic floor is the lead.
