No he podido dejar de publicar esta única imagen La silla me parecía sublime con esa combinación de cobre y piel negra mezclada con  la madera del escritorio. El resto: la imagen de la playa y el jarrón  aportan el color justo.

I could not resist to post this one picture because the chair seemed sublime combination of copper and black leather mixed with the wood of the desk. The rest, the image of the beach and the vase bring the color  .

Silla PP Møbler/PP Møbler chair

La vemos en casi todos los reportajes de diseño escandinavo, y  me preguntaba, de dónde sale esta silla? Imposible de pronunciar ,seguro,esta silla de origen danés, me ha impactado por sus formas (debe ser comodísima) despachurrándote en ella,su precio(inalcanzable) y su manera artesanal de fabricarla, ya que trabajan como unos cinco artesanos y lleva como unas doce horas terminar una.

 Pero lo que más me ha gustado, es que  se fabrica sólo con árboles que están a punto de caer, y además los árboles que talan , los reponen después.

Si ya lo digo yo, que estos escandinavos están a años luz de los demás...

We see it in most of the features of Scandinavian design, and I was wondering, where does this chair? Impossible to pronounce, sure, this seat of Danish origin, I was struck by its forms (must be very comfortable) Let you fall for it, its price (unreachable) and traditional methods of making,working five artisans and takes about twelve hours to complete one chair  .

But what I liked most is that it produces only trees that are about to fall in, and the trees cut down, the reset later.

If and I say, that these Scandinavians are light years ahead of others ...

SILLAS THONET/THONET CHAIRS

Son las reinas del salón, "la silla de las sillas" , como se definió a la silla 14 ;cálidas, dulces, con curvas, y se mezclan a la perfección con ambientes masculinos, fríos e industriales. Con hierro o blanco forman una amalgama de escándalo, ya que se complementan con su dulzura de formas.

Yo ya hace tiempo que caí en su tentación...

They are the queens of the room, "chair of chairs", as defined  the seat 14, hot, sweet, curvy, and blend perfectly with masculine environments, cold and industrial. Iron or white are an perfect amalgam , as it complemented the sweetness of ways.

I long ago fell into the temptation ...

Silla Barcelona

"La silla Barcelona es una obra clásica del diseño de mobiliario moderno del siglo XX, realizada por el arquitecto Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. Este creó la silla, junto a la otomana y la mesa auxiliar a juego, para el pabellón alemán en la exposición internacional de Barcelona del año 1929. Las sillas eran tan magníficas que se utilizaron como tronos para los reyes de España cuando visitaron el pabellón de Barcelona.

Hoy en día esta obra clásica del diseño de mobiliario sigue siendo muy popular, y tanto la silla, como la otomana y la mesa auxiliar a juego siguen siendo fabricados, bajo la licencia comprada por Knoll a Mies, en 1953."
