Una vivienda original del S.XVI restaurada por el estudio Benedini&Partners en la que realiza una una serie de medidas no estructurales para adaptarse a las nuevas necesidades.Una distribución funcional de la última generación de la familia que respeta en todo momento los techos artesonados y de vigas de madera.
Original home of the sixteenth century restored by the study makes Benedini&Partners a series of non-structural measures to adapt to the new needs and the functional distribution of the latest generation of the family always respecting the coffered and beamed ceilings.

RESPETO POR LOS ORIGENES: CASA VICTORIANA EN AUSTRALIA/ RESPECT FOR THE ORIGINS: VICTORIAN HOUSE IN AUSTRALIA
El estudio b.e architecture ha realizado esta reforma de esta casa victoriana localizada en Australia. Se ha respetado la fachada principal y en sus interiores su estructura y formas originales, combinadas con líneas minimalistas, como la zona de cocina o escalera. Maderas combinadas con aceros y cristal hacen una combinación perfecta de la historia y los diseños actuales.
The architecture's study b.e architecture carried out this reform of the Victorian house located in Australia. It has respected the facade and its interior structure and original shapes, combined with minimalist lines, such as kitchen or stairs. Wood combined with steel and glass make a perfect combination of history and new designs.

UNA ANTIGUA FÁBRICA AGRÍCOLA TRANSFORMADA EN VIVIENDA/ AN OLD FACTORY TRANSFORM IN HOUSING
Una antigua fábrica agrícola transformada en vivienda preservando el estilo original de la construcción. Espacios que fueron utilizados para albergar herramientas o madera o donde existia un horno para hacer pan se abandonaron durante años y ese espacio ahora lo ocupa la zona de cocina. Se mantuvieron los espacios sin aristas, con formas redondeadas.
Una conservación de la arquitectura preexistente con un impacto mínimo. Se utilizaron accesorios de acero con recubrimiento de polvo blanco, incrustado en la mampostería para hacer su presencia menos aparente.
An old farm factory transformed int a house preserving the original style of the building. Spaces that were used to house tools or wood or where there was a bread oven deserted for years and that space now occupied the kitchen area. Spaces without edges, with rounded shapes remained.
Preservation of the existing architecture with minimal impact. Steel fittings used with white powder coating, embedded in the masonry to make your presence less apparent.

El apartamento localizado en Berlin de un director de arte y una diseñadora de moda respira diseño en cada una de sus estancias. DREAM HOTEL BY STUDIO PUISTO
Diseñado por el Studio Puisto, "Dream Hotel" es una extensión de un albergue existente ubicado dentro de un antiguo edificio industrial. Las habitaciones tienen capacidad sólo para los servicios esenciales, mientras que el espacio para leer, relajarse y conocer a otros huéspedes que se encuentra fuera de las viviendas particulares.
Cerca de la mitad de las habitaciones tienen una vista de la calle que pasa, mientras que las otras unidades se organizan en grupos en el centro de la planta. Además, hay una zona de cocina, así como salas de reuniones a disposición gratuita para los huéspedes. Los materiales naturales se utilizan con el fin de garantizar un ambiente cálido y tranquilo, mientras que un revestimiento de suelo de fibra de sisal se ha utilizado para la alfombra.
Designed by Studio Puisto, "Dream Hotel" is an extension of an existing hostel located in a former industrial building. The rooms can accommodate only for essential services, while the space to read, relax and meet other guests that is outside of private homes.
About half of the rooms have a view of the street that passes, while the other units are organized in groups in the center of the plant. There is also a kitchenette, as well as meeting rooms available free for guests. Natural materials are used to ensure a warm and peaceful atmosphere, while a floor covering of sisal fiber has been used for carpet.
