Paredes encaladas, sin preparar e instalaciones a la vista, zócalos inexistentes aportan un encanto especial y acogedor a esta vivienda.

REFORMA DE UNA CASA VICTORIANA/ REFORM OF A VICTORIAN HOUSE

Robson Rak Architects  realizaron la reforma de esta casa victoriana.
Se dedicaron a transformar una oscura sola vivienda buscando la luz y espacios abiertos.
El reto, como era previsible, era preservar la fachada única  y el aumento de la cantidad de luz natura.
Los arquitectos realizaron una remodelación que sirve de puente con éxito el viejo y el nuevo. Detalles como puertas reutilizados, tablas y ladrillos zócalos originales mantienen la integridad visual de la casa original, combinada con una cocina y un patio de líneas actuales.

Robson Rak Architects conducted the reform of this Victorian home.
They set out to transform a single dwelling dark looking for the light and open spaces.
 The challenge, as expected, was to preserve the unique facade and increasing the amount of natural light.
The architects made a remodeling that successfully bridges the old and the new. Details like reused doors, skirting boards and bricks Original keep the visual integrity of the original house, combined with a kitchen and a patio current lines.

REMODELACIÓN DE UNA ADOSADA EN LONDRES/RENOVATION OF A TOWNHOUSE IN LONDON

Esta adosado en Londres reconstruido por el  arquitecto David Tigg de Tigg Coll Arquitectos realizó una extensión trasera con con puertas  pivotantes  de cristal, vigas de soporte pintadas en rojo  y una chimenea de leña. Una zona más baja que el comedor promueve la independencia de la extensión.

"Lo importante para nosotros era equilibrar la remodelación cuidado de la casa original", dijo el principal arquitecto David Tigg, "para asegurarse de que nos reservamos el "alma"del edificio victoriano a la vez que la adición a la misma de una manera original y lúdica. "

This London townhouse built by architect David Tigg from Tigg Coll Architects conducted a rear extension with pivoting glass doors, support beams painted in red and a wood burning fireplace. A lower dining area that promotes the independence of the extension.

LA TRANSFORMACIÓN DE UNOS VIEJOS ALMACENES EN VIVIENDA/ TRANSFORM SOME OLD WAREHOUSES INTO APPARTMENTS

El  estudio Emrys Architects ha transformado un par de almacenes en el Covent Garden de Londres en apartamentos conservando elementos originales como ventanas de guillotina arqueadas y la piedra que viste las fachadas.

Suelos de roble blanqueado y una carpintería de madera de nogal se  complementan con las paredes internas, que revelan de nuevo su ladrillo original.

London Studio Emrys Architects has transformed a pair of stores in London's Covent Garden in apartments retaining original features such as sash windows and arched stone facade dresses.

Bleached oak floors and walnut carpentry are supplemented by internal walls, again revealing the original brick.

REJUVENECER UNA ANTIGUA CABAÑA/ REJUVENATE AN OLD COTTAGE

Una antigua granja en Sydney restaurada respetando sus elementos originales. La piedra es el material protagonista de todas las estancias, donde se combinan con maderas naturales y los mármoles manteniendo las tonalidades claras y añadiendo un ambiente actual gracias a elementos  como el cemento.

An old cottage in Sydney restored respecting its originals elements. Stone is the main material of all the rooms, where they combine with natural woods and marbles keeping clear tones and adding a contemporary feel thanks to items like cement.

CONEXIONES VISUALES Y TONOS SUAVES VERDES EN UN DORMITORIO/ CONNECTIONS VISUAL AND SOFT GREEN TONES IN A BEDROOM

La madera de pino  ha sido el material utilizado en esta vivienda, y en este dormitorio, así como en gran parte del  mobiliario, añadiendo un acabado de color verde pálido empleado través de las paredes y otras superficies. Las conexiones visuales se han empleado en casi toda la distribución a través de los acristalamientos, ofreciendo  de esta manera, mayor iluminación y sensación de amplitud.

The pine wood has been the material used in this house, and in much of the furniture, adding a finishing pale green employee through walls and other surfaces. The visual connections have been used in almost all distribution through the glazing, offering greater lighting and spacious feeling.

 

LA NEUTRALIDAD DEL COLOR EN UN DORMITORIO/ THE COLOR NEUTRAL TONES IN A BEDROOM

Un dormitorio que destaca por su simplicidad en el mobiliario y sin apenas accesorios. Tonalidades relajantes en los textiles y en sus paredes, donde el papel pintado es el protagonista. La madera se utiliza para el pavimento, ofreciendo calidez y aportando color  al espacio.

A bedroom that stands out for its simplicity in furniture without barely  accessories. Relaxing colors in textiles and in the walls where wallpaper is the protagonist. The wood is used for the pavement, offering warmth and providing color to the space.

SEGUNDA VIDA: REFORMA DE UNA VIVIENDA DE MONTAÑA/ SECOND LIFE: REFORM OF HOUSING MOUNTAIN

 El estudio de arquitectura Milán Vudafieri-Saverino realizó la restauración de una villa de piedra del S.XVI de estado semiruinoso que se encuentra en un pequeño pueblo medieval del norte de Italia. 

Después de una reparación estructural importante con hormigón armado edificio el propietario compró el edifico anexo y lo conecta a través de una pasarela de madera y vidrio. 

Un exterior de aspecto rústico y un interior de maderas contrachapadas y aires minimalistas que se combina con maderas recuperadas.

SINGULARES INVENTORY ROOM

Después de un fin de semana intenso y de apenas poder pararte a pensar qué es lo que estás sintiendo al ver que algo que has pensado durante meses y  entran sólo  dos días nacerá y desaparecerá.

Muchas emociones y nervios para ahora descubrir sentimientos de ilusión por haber llevado a cabo uno de los proyectos que más nos gustan en Singulares, la organización de eventos. Eventos en los que los visitante pudieron redescubrir marcas que siguen a través de las redes sociales y conocer nuevas marcas. Además contamos nuevamente con  el restaurante efímero  en el que detenerse a degustar los sabores que nos ofreció Caravan Made nos servia a su vez para hacer una pausa y pasar un agradable rato.

Felices por haber conseguido nuevamente lo que en el fondo siempre buscamos en cada uno de los eventos que hemos organizado, crear una atmósfera mágica gracias a la ayuda y el buen trabajo y disposición de cada uno de nuestros participantes y colaboradores.

Y pensando ya en el siguiente Singulares Inventory Room…

After an intense weekend and not able to stop and think what you're feeling to see something you've thought about for months and come just two days be born and disappear.

Many emotions and nerves for now discover feelings of enthusiasm for having carried out one of the projects that we like Singulares, organizing events. Events in which the visitor could rediscover who follow brands through social networks and new brands. We also have again with the ephemeral restaurant where stopping to taste the flavors offered Caravan Made served us turn to pause and have a good time.

Happy to have got back what we always look at the bottom in each of the events we have organized, creating a magical atmosphere thanks to the  good work and willingness of each of our participants and partners.

DISEÑO Y SOSTENIBILIDAD : ESTUDIO MUJI/ DESIGN AND SUSTAINABILITY: MUJI STUDIO

El estudio MUJI, realizó un trío de pequeñas casas prefabricadas, diseñadas por Naoto Fukasawa, Jasper Morrison, y Konstantin Grcic, en la Tokio Design Week 2015. Los materiales utilizados fueron el corcho, el aluminio y madera. Los diseños MUJI HUT ofrecen una solución más sostenible para vivir e interiores cálidos al ser realizados con materiales naturales.

The MUJI study, performed a trio of small prefabricated houses, designed by Naoto Fukasawa, Jasper Morrison and Konstantin Grcic, in the Tokyo Design Week 2015. The materials used were cork, aluminum and wood. MUJI HUT  designs offer a more sustainable place to live and warm interiors  made with natural materials.

Llega la tercera edición de la venta efímera de #singularesinventoryroom los días 20, 21 y 22  de Noviembre.

El espacio elegido no puede dar más juego,  Casa Amparito, en Mercantic en la localidad de Sant Cugat del Vallès cuenta con más de 700 m2 donde podremos alojar a más de treinta creativos relacionados con la decoración , el lifestyle, textil, cerámica , arte  y gastronomía.

The third edition of the ephemeral selling #singularesinventoryroom on 20, 21 and 22 November.

The chosen space can not give more play, Casa Amparito  in Mercantic in the town of Sant Cugat del Valles has over 700 m2 where we can accommodate more than thirty creative regarding decorating, lifestyle, textiles, ceramics, art and gastronomy.

TRANSFORMACIÓN DE UN GARAJE EN UN ESTUDIO: RUE TEMPLE/ TRANSFORMATION OF A GARAGE IN A STUDIO: RUETEMPLE

La transformación de un garaje en Moscú por el estudio Ruetemple en un espacio de estudio para una estudiante de arquitectura. Con la filosofía  de que un interior afecta directamente la propia del estado de ánimo, la creatividad y la motivación; el nuevo espacio de trabajo representa una esencia cálida y confortable.

Un espacio luminoso habitación y la única pieza de mobiliario, construida completamente en madera con un sistema de red de estanterías, mesa de trabajo , un sofá y una cama suspendida.  El techo se abrió para exponer deliberadamente las vigas de madera y  unir el espacio.

The transformation of a garage in Moscow by Architecture studio Ruetemple in an area of study for a student of architecture. With the philosophy that inner self directly affects mood, creativity and motivation; the new workspace is a warm and comfortable essence.

A bright space room and the only piece of furniture, completely made of wood with a network system of shelves, a desk, a couch and a suspended bed. The roof was opened to deliberately expose the wooden beams and bridge the gap.
