LA CASA DE LA GRANJA CON IMAGEN DE PABELLÓN

Un diseño de una vivienda concebida como un pabellón de techo plano.  Con una superficie de aproximadamente 247 m2, una plataforma elevada ofrece el bungalow con vistas a través de su entorno rural.

Los arquitectos especificaron que la casa se construyera sobre todo en madera. Se ha utilizado un discreto metal gris oscuro para los marcos de las ventanas.

Las sala centrales y la gran sala, dos ejes principales definen el diseño del bungalow, proporcionan vistas ininterrumpidas desde un extremo de la casa a la otra.

A design of a house conceived as a flat roof pavilion. With an area of approximately 247 m2, an elevated platform offers the bungalow with views across its rural surroundings.

The architects specified that the house was built mostly on wood. A discreet dark gray metal has been used for window frames.

The central rooms and the large room, two main axes define the design of the bungalow, provide uninterrupted views from one end of the house to the other.

Una vivienda construida en 1771 en Gotland con una reforma respetuosa a través de los materiales.
Una abundante luz natural entra a través de ventanas e inunda las rugosas texturas de las paredes.

Un apartamento de 65 m2 situado en un edificio de los años 30 donde cierta parte del mobiliario pertenece a brocantes como el escritorio de esta habitación infantil.

Tonalidades grises se han combinado con colores cálidos como la colcha que cubre una de las camas de una litera pintada en negro  y algún mobiliario como la silla en amarillo.

APARTAMENTO EN LONDRES: TECHO EN CEMENTO PULIDO / APARTMENT IN LONDON: ROOF CONCRETE GRINDING

El estudio londinense  Inside Out Architecture realizó la rehabilitación de esta vivienda. La primera actuación, fue dejar  a la vista la geometría de las vigas del techo realizadas en hormigón.
Diferentes cajas albergan las habitaciones y la cocina se dejó abierta a la zona de comedor, ocupando la zona central.
Un pavimento en madera de roble combina con un mobiliario lavado en tonos oscura que oculta la zona de aguas de la cocina.
Diseños de autor como las sillas de los Eames  hacen una mezcla perfecta con la rusticidad de la mesa de comedor.

The London Studio Inside Out Architecture performed the restoration of this housing. The first performance was expose the geometry of the roof beams made ​​of concrete. 
Different boxes house the rooms and the kitchen was left open to the dining area, occupying the central area. 
A pavement in oak furniture combined with a wash dark shades hiding the water area of the kitchen. 
Designs by author as Eames chairs make a perfect blend with the rustic dining table.

Esta vivienda realizada por el arquitecto Adam Dettrick está situada en Camberra.

Se distingue por la separación de las zonas de vida de las áreas de dormir con un pasillo central. Las áreas de estar  aprovechan el sol de invierno. 

 Principios de sostenibilidad y técnicas de diseño pasivo simples sustentan el desempeño ambiental de esta casa , con buena orientación , protección solar , doble acristalamiento , aislamiento pesado y materiales no tóxicos que se combinan para ofrecer durante todo el año la comodidad y habitabilidad.

Simplicidad de líneas en el mobiliario, donde predominan los tonos oscuros y se complementan con pequeños toques de color mediante los accesorios.

The house is defined by the separation of the living areas of the sleeping areas with a central corridor. The living areas take advantage of the winter sun.
