Tonalidades cobre  en la fachada de esta vivienda localizada en Portugal realizada por el Atelier Data. 

Materiales reciclados como la valla de madera se combina con el cemento pulido utilizado para el exterior y el interior del pavimento.

Vistas a un valle desde la zona de día, donde se utiliza la madera natural en el mobiliario, como en la zona de comedor y se combina con líneas sencillas en el resto , como en la zona de cocina.

Una continua relación de materiales entre el exterior y el interior.

Situada en Deinz, Bélgica, esta vivienda  es una oda a las piezas emblemáticas, de autor, una gran galería de arte que  pese a estar repleta de elementos y mobiliario de culto , desprende calidez.

Espacios  con tonalidades neutras, sin estridencias, donde cada pieza ha encontrado su lugar exacto en cada estancia.

Located in Deinz, Belgium, this property is an ode to the iconic pieces, the author, a great art gallery that despite being full of items and furniture worship, exudes warmth.

Tan sólo 36 m2 situados en la parte superior de un edificio de estilo Bauhaus almacenan una vivienda con los metros justos  para albergar materiales naturales, maderas de diferentes tonalidades, pintadas, barnizadas,como el parquet de roble. Y todas ellas combinan a la perfección con un estilo de líneas sencillas  combinado con muebles de estilo escandinavo y minimalista  y grandes ventanales que capturan la luz.

Only 36 m2 located on top of a Bauhaus-style building housing lay up natural materials, wood of different hues, painted, varnished, such as oak parquet. Esta vivienda realizada por el arquitecto Adam Dettrick está situada en Camberra.

Se distingue por la separación de las zonas de vida de las áreas de dormir con un pasillo central. Las áreas de estar  aprovechan el sol de invierno. 

 Principios de sostenibilidad y técnicas de diseño pasivo simples sustentan el desempeño ambiental de esta casa , con buena orientación , protección solar , doble acristalamiento , aislamiento pesado y materiales no tóxicos que se combinan para ofrecer durante todo el año la comodidad y habitabilidad.

Simplicidad de líneas en el mobiliario, donde predominan los tonos oscuros y se complementan con pequeños toques de color mediante los accesorios.

This house by architect Adam Dettrick  is located in Canberra. 

The house is defined by the separation of the living areas of the sleeping areas with a central corridor. The living areas take advantage of the winter sun. 

Sustainability principles and simple passive design techniques support the environmental performance of the house, with good orientation, solar protection, double glazing, heavy insulation and non-toxic materials that combine to provide year round comfort and livability. 

Simplicity of lines in the furniture, where dark tones predominate and are complemented by small touches of color through accessories.

VIVIENDA DE VERANO EN MADERA/ WOOD SUMMER HOUSE

Una vivienda de verano en la que no existe ningún mueble que no me parezca perfectamente integrado en este salón. Ni una sola pieza que desentone. Tan sólo tres tonos: madera, blanco y negro y un mínimo y suficiente  mobiliario para este espacio de vida familiar y descanso.

A summer house in which there is not any furniture that does not seem to me perfectly integrated in this room. Not a single piece that clashes. Only three tones: wood, black and white and minimal furniture and enough space for this family and rest.

UN ALMACÉN TRANSFORMADO EN VIVIENDA/ A WAREHOUSE TRANSFORMED IN A HOME

El interiorista del estudio  Flow, Marius Haverkamp , realizó la reforma de este antiguo almacén  situado en Amsterdam y la que es su residencia habitual.

Espacios que conservan  paredes de obra vista originales y transformaciones realizadas para que la vida fuera alrededor de un patio hecho en hierro y cristal y de la cocina, presidida por una lámpara de lágrimas en color negro.

El mobiliario encontrado en brocantes  y combinado con objetos de diseño más recientes hace  este espacio una vivienda acogedora.

The interior designer of the Flow studio, Marius Haverkamp, made the reform of this old warehouse located in Amsterdam and his habitually resident. 

Spaces retain original exposed brick walls and changes made to make life around a courtyard made ​​of iron and glass and kitchen, dominated by a lamp in black tears. 

The furniture antique shop  objects combined with latest design makes this space a cozy home.

RESPETO POR LOS ORÍGENES: UNKNOWN ARCHITECTS/ RESPECT FOR ORIGINS: UNKNOWN ARCHITECTS

Una vivienda localizada en Leiden ( Holanda) fue rehabilitada por el equipo  Unknown Architects .

Se eliminaron falsos techos y tabiques y se enfatizó  en los materiales y elementos originales de la casa.

Se realizó mobiliario fijo como estanterías o el mobiliario de la zona de despacho. La cocina está hecha en madera de nogal blanqueada.

Un deseo importante del cliente era hacer la cocina en el primer piso, el "corazón de la casa '', un lugar donde todas las actividades esenciales de la vida , tales como cocinar , comer, reunión , hablar y leer, pueden reunirse.

A house located in Leiden (Netherlands) was restored by Unknown Architects team. 

Suspended ceilings and partitions were removed and emphasized in the original materials and household items. 

Fixed furniture was performed as shelving or furniture in the office area. The kitchen is made of bleached walnut. 

An important customer desire was to make the kitchen on the first floor, the "heart of the house,'' a place where all essential life activities, such as cooking, eating, meeting, talking and reading, could come together.

ORCHARD KEEPERS: ENTRE VIÑEDOS Y HUERTOS/ ORCHARD KEEPERS: BETWEEN THE WINES AND ORCHARDS

Una casa de huéspedes localizada a una hora de Melbourne. Ubicado entre jardines y presidido por una Sequoia y  cuatro dormitorios con tonos neutros y textiles  de las mismas tonalidades combinan con  las maderas del pavimento  y sus paredes en color blanco.

A guest house located one hour from Melbourne. Set in gardens and chaired by a Sequoia and four bedrooms with neutral colors and textiles of the same colors combined with the wooden floor and white walls.

RACIONALISMO, PIEZAS DE ANTAÑO Y AMOR POR EL ARTE/ RATIONALISM, PIECES OF OLD AND LOVE FOR ART

La propietaria de esta vivienda se declara fan del racionalismo y, en especial de Mies van der Rohe. Y ese estilo queda reflejado en ésta.

Líneas rectas con un mobiliario sobrio en su gran mayoría se mezcla con la belleza de las vigas vistas en madera y piezas de autor que decoran el salón.

The owner of this property is declared fan of rationalism and especially of Mies van der Rohe. And that style is reflected in this one. 

Straight lines with a sober furniture mostly mixed with the beauty of the wood beams and signature pieces that decorate the room.
