Un ático dúplex de los que muchos hemos soñado por  la luz y los espacios, pero además, los materiales que posee son joyas para el interior de una vivienda. Vigas a la vista, pavimento en madera en espiga y tarimas de pino aportan una calidez absoluta.

A duplex penthouse which many have dreamed for light and space, but also materials that it has jewels inside a home. Exposed beams, wood flooring herringbone and pine flooring provide an absolute warmth.

REFORMA EN BUSCA DE LA LUZ/ REMODELING IN SEARCH OF LIGHT

El estudio de arquitectura Vitrô, reformó este apartamento de los años 60 en Sao Paulo, aportándole luminosidad y sensación de espacio al comunicar tres estancias como el recibidor, salón y cocina.

Ladrillo  y pilares de hormigón quedaron a la vista  en el proceso de actualización. Un aspecto ligeramente inacabado que se mezcla con alfombras y muebles de colores, y combinado con plantas y flores para crear un ambiente informal.

The architectural Vitrô reformed this apartment of 60's in Sao Paulo, bringing light to communicate three rooms and a hall, living room and kitchen.

Brick and concrete pillars were visible in the process of updating.A slightly unfinished look that blends with colorful carpets and furniture, and combined with plants and flowers to create a casual atmosphere.

 

CASA EN BRUSELAS: OBJETOS DE BROCANTE Y COLOR EN LOS COMPLEMENTOS/ HOUSE IN BRUSSELS: BROCANTE OBJECTS AND COLOR IN THE ACCESSORIES

Una vivienda  en Bruselas con objetos adquiridos en brocales  combinado con mobiliario actual y complemento en color, como los cojines de la zona del salón y la variedad de las sillas del comedor .

Búsqueda acertada de la luz, utilizando el cristal sustituyendo parte del pavimento original.

An apartment in Brussels with objects acquired curbs combined with modern furniture and add color, such as cushions the lounge area and the variety of the dining room chairs.

RESPETO POR LA ESENCIA: VORA ARQUITECTURA/RESPECT FOR THE ESSENCE: VORA ARCHITECTURE

Un apartamento compartimentado y acúmulo de capas y elementos en sus paredes a lo largo de los años. El equipo de arquitectura vora, realizó una reforma de reciclaje  y transformación de sus espacios conservando al esencia de la vivienda , como su pavimento en mosaico hidráulico.

Se busco el aprovechamiento de  la luz y la inserción de módulos  cerrados para almacenaje.

Una rehabilitación minuciosa respetando la historia de este apartamento.

A compartmentalized flat and accumulation of coats of paint and elements in the walls along the years. The team of vora architecture, made a reform of recycling and transforming their spaces retaining housing essence, as the hydraulic mosaic pavement.

The use of light and the insertion of closed storage modules are looking for.

RENOVACIÓN PURISTA Y MONOCROMÁTICA/ RENEWAL PURIST AND MONOCHROME

Una vivienda de 130 años de antigüedad y renovada utilizando un estilo purista y monocromático. Su estado original eran paredes de papel pintado verde, suelos de caucho y bajos techos.

Un respeto hacia los materiales originales, tales como las paredes de ladrillo visto que se han combinado con materiales resistentes y sencillos  como las  resinas epoxi con capa de acabado en poliuretano.

Los contrastes son aportados por algún material como los de la zona de ducha o las luminarias copperplate de Tom Dixon.

A house of 130 years old and renovated using a monochromatic style purist. Its original walls were  in green painted paper, rubber floors and low ceilings.

A respect for the original, such as exposed brick walls that have been combined with resistant materials and simple as epoxy resins polyurethane topcoat.

The contrasts are provided by a material such as the shower area or copperplate luminaries Tom Dixon.

Disfrutar de tardes de invierno en un salón con alfombras de pelo largo es un placer indescriptible. Y más si podemos tener las vistas sobre la ciudad de los rascacielos, junto a una chimenea.

Una de mis lámparas favoritas, la Saucer Lamp presiden esta estancia, de aires masculinos y altos techos artesonados.

Una cocina con paredes de ladrillo blanco nos recuerdan la ciudad donde esta ubicado esta apartamento.

Enjoy winter evenings in a room with shag carpet is an indescribable pleasure. And more if we can have the view over the city of skyscrapers, next to a fireplace.

One of my favorite lamps, Saucer Lamp preside this stay, masculine air and high coffered ceilings.

A kitchen with white brick walls remind us of the city where is located this apartment.

BEAUTIFUL FLORA: BROOKLYN APPARTMENT

Si bien el jueves pasado despedíamos la semana con una vivienda de líneas puras , inauguramos ésta con espacios llenos de vegetación.

La estilista y copropietaria de la firma de ropa  Beautiful Dreamers, reside en un apartamento de Brooklyn, de interiores característicos de la ciudad de Nueva York: paredes de obra vistas y aires de índole industrial. Marina Burini neutraliza este estilo con un ambiente rodeado de vegetación y aires hippies.  Realmente, una extraordinaria mezcla.

Last Thursday the style was With A Pure lines Housing , opened it with spaces filled nature. The stylist and co-owner of the clothing company Beautiful Dreamers, lives in an apartment in Brooklyn, characteristic inner city New York: brick walls and air views of industrial nature. Marina Burini neutralizes this style with an environment surrounded by greenery and hippies air. Really, an extraordinary mixture.

PAREDES DE OBRA VISTA EN UN APARTAMENTO EN BERLIN/ BRICK WALLS IN AN APARTMENT IN BERLIN

Paredes y techos de obra vista, pilares de hierro fundido albergan un loft prácticamente diáfano, localizado en Berlín, mezcla piezas antiguas con mobiliario de diseño, llegándose a confundir con un apartamento  de estilo neoyorkino.

REFORMA EN BARCELONA: LABORATORY FOR ARCHITECTURE/ REFORM IN BARCELONA: LABORATORY FOR ARCHITECTURE

El estudio Laboratory for Architecture realizó esta reforma en Barcelona separando las zonas de día y las de noche a través de una habitación situada en el centro de la vivienda.

Al realizar el proyecto de reforma se encontraron con algo que ya presuponían por la edad del edificio: una construcción típica de la zona que es la volta catalana en el techo y que consistía en  construir un techo con tejas de cerámica, donde el arco distribuye las fuerzas que recibe para ambas partes.

Resulta una combinación ideal de materiales del techo con las techos de cerámica, combinadas con la tarima de madera en la cocina junto con el mobiliario realizado en tonos neutros. Podéis ver el resto de la vivienda pinchando aquí.

 The study Laboratory for Architecture carried in Barcelona carried this reform zones separating day and night through a room in the center of the house. 

When the reform bill they found something already presupposed by the age of the building: a typical building of the area which is the volta catalana ceiling  and that was to build a roof with ceramic tiles, where the arch distributes forces receive for both parties.
