ATRAPANDO LA LUZ EN UNA VIVIENDA: SHIMPEI ODA/ CATCHING LIGT IN A HOME: SHIMPEI ODA

 El arquitecto japonés Shimpei Oda transformó una oscura vivienda de los años 20 en un espacio lleno de luz. Se buscó esta luz natural a través de aberturas en techos y ventanas, realizando muros más bajos en las zonas intermedias para absorver la claridad que entraba por la ventanas. Un cobertizo metálico situado en  la planta baja hace de reflectante de la luz  para desplazarla al interior de esta vivienda de  tan sólo 4 metros de ancho y 12m. de largo.

Shimpei Oda Japanese architect transformed a dark house of the 20s in a light-filled space.
